Payment & Fees 50% required upfront and the 2nd half due 7 days prior to arrival Security Deposit: A $500 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 2 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 7 days after your departure as long as no damage was incurred by the guest. Cancellations Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstance There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.

Rules and regulations of the Pedregal community. Please remember this is a residential community. We wish to remind our guest that many full-time residents live in this community. To ensure the enjoyment and the use of these properties for all concerned we require that you extend common courtesy and abide by these very important rules. 1. Excessive outdoor noise including screaming yelling and the use of loud music and profanity is prohibited at all times 2. Please observe quiet time from 9pm to 7 AM. 3. Parties and events must be preapproved and may be subject to extra fees. 4. Public nudity is prohibited. 5. Usage of drones are prohibited. 6. Pedregal security personnel strictly enforces these rules. Disrespecting security personnel is unacceptable! Violating these rules may result in fines of 1000 to 5000 USD. Violation of these rules can result in arrest and or infection from the rental property. NOTE: while the Pedregal beach is a beautiful beach be aware that there is a dangerous undertow, riptides, and very strong waves! Including strong rogue waves there is no swimming went on the beach. Always stay alert and stay back from the shoreline! Don’t become a statistic! Pedregal HOAs rules: You have chosen to vacation at one of the most exclusive private residential community and all of Cabo‘s in Lucas. Where Pedregal want you to enjoy your stay but we also want to remind you that you are vacationing in a residential neighborhood were many homeowners live year round. The residents understand that Cabo is a popular vacation destination, renters must respect the rights of the owners and obey the few simple rules. 1. EXCESSIVE NOISE : The rocky and steep to rain and deep canyons combine with villas in close proximity to each other allows for noise to carry farther than you may realize. Loud noises, sounds and especially music are carried an echo to the surrounding villas. Inappropriate behavior in view of other villas and excessive noise is not tolerated at any time. Failure to comply with Pedregal noise regulations will result in an initial warning. Any additional excessive noise violations will result in fines and possible evictions. 2. PARKING: your vehicle should be parked on the property of the villa you are staying at. There is one spot by the front door that is available to unload and load your vehicle. Overnight, please park your vehicle in the parking spot in the driveway. 3. PARTIES: these are not allowed in Pedregal without first obtaining a permit from the home owners association and paying the appropriate fees. Significant fines and evictions from the home may be the result of unauthorized special events and parties. * these rules are basic common sense and courtesy. It is your responsibility to know and follow the rules.
